Elise Felder Wilson

Elise Felder Wilson is an associate attorney at Strawinski & Stout. She is based in Wilmington, North Carolina.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina, Ms. Felder Wilson attended Emory University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor with Honors in 2020. At Emory, Ms. Felder Wilson won trial advocacy competitions with the Emory Mock Trial Society, was admitted to the Order of Emory Advocates, and received the Debra Cohen de Rothschild Scholarship for female trial advocates. After graduating, Ms. Felder Wilson practiced in Atlanta with Strawinski & Stout, primarily in the areas of aviation, trucking, premises liability, and first-party insurance coverage litigation. In late 2022, she moved to her hometown of Wilmington and began learning the ropes of North Carolina practice at a local plaintiff’s firm. She is happy to be back at Strawinski & Stout and to bring her knowledge to clients in the aviation, trucking, and insurance industries.

Ms. Felder Wilson is passionate about educating the next generation of trial attorneys. She sits on the American Mock Trial Association Board of Directors, coaches mock trial at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and has spoken about her work at the Loyola University Chicago Women in Litigation Conference.

Ms. Felder Wilson is admitted to the state bars of North Carolina, Georgia, and Maryland, the Northern District of Georgia, and all North Carolina federal district courts.
