JOEL COPE

Joel R Cope is a senior associate with the law firm of Strawinski & Stout in Atlanta, GA.

He is a native Atlantan and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN in 1991. He received his Juris Doctor from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1996.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia based Courts and is also admitted to practice in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia.
During his legal career, he has practiced in areas which include, but which are not limited to, commercial law, Workers’ Compensation, automobile liability, premises liability, motor carrier law, homeowners’ association law, products liability, construction law and insurance. He has represented, and appeared on behalf of, clients in litigation at depositions, hearings, mediations, Magistrate Court trials, Workers’ Compensation hearings as well as State and Superior Court jury trials. As such, he brings a wealth of experience which he can use to obtain the best legal outcomes for his clients.
