Ms. Lowery is a native of San Bernardino, California. Ms. Lowery graduated Summa Cum Laude from California Baptist University with a B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice. While at California Baptist University, she received the Criminal Justice award from the University. She graduated from Georgia State University with a Juris Doctor degree. During law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Board. As a member of the Intrastate team, Ms. Lowery and her team made it to the semi-finals. When competing in the Emory Civil Rights Competition, she was a top finalist for Best Oralist and her team made it to the quarter-finals. During law school, Ms. Lowery worked as a Paralegal at the firm Lamar, Archer & Cofrin, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating law school, Ms. Lowery served as the law clerk for the Cherokee Judicial Circuit and served as the sole law clerk for the four Superior Court Judges. Ms. Lowery has previously worked as a Police Cadet in Corona, California and served as a Case Manager at KidsPeace National Centers of Georgia, a Maximum Level Youth Treatment Center in Bowdon, Georgia.
