Mr. Davalos is a native of Dayton, Ohio and received his undergraduate degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Miami University of Ohio in 2013. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 2016. He was a member of the Emory International Law Review, and his comment, International Standards in Regulating Space Travel: Clarifying Ambiguities in the Commercial Era of Outer Space, was published in the Emory International Law Review, Vol. 30, Issue 4, 2016. Mr. Davalos’ comment explored the need for an enhanced unified international standard of regulations regarding objects in space. Mr. Davalos is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association.
