Jay O'brian



Jay M. O’Brien is a senior associate of the law firm of Strawinski & Stout, P.C. His practice is focused primarily on premises liability, insurance defense, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. O’Brien is admitted to practice in all Georgia State Courts, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia. He has been selected for inclusion on Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2014-2016 in the area of personal injury defense. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to the list.

 Mr. O’Brien graduated from Hobart College in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.  He earned his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2005.  In law school, he was a member of both the Law Review and Moot Court. Mr. O’Brien is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and The Florida Bar.
