Caleb L. Swiney is an associate with the law firm of Strawinski & Stout, P.C. Before coming to the firm, he learned the legal complexities of the insurance industry by working as part of the in-house counsel team at one of the largest insurance companies in Georgia.

Caleb earned his J.D. from Georgia State College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. During his time in law school, Caleb served as the Business Editor of the Georgia State Law Review and as the Treasurer of the Georgia State Moot Court Board.

The Georgia State Law Review published his article, which was entitled “HB 673 Motor Vehicles and Traffic.” This article detailed the drafting process and impact of the Georgia “Hands Free Bill.” As a member of the Georgia State Moot Court program, he earned “Best Brief” in the summer competition, presented arguments as a semifinalist at the 2018 Georgia Intrastate Competition, and led the Wagner Employment Law Team to a National Championship in New York.
